Our Warzone SMG tier list for June 2022 is here to go over which of the guns are the best to use now that the new meta has settled down a bit once again after the launch ofRaven Software's latest balancing update.
Since the initial Season 3 Reloaded patch, Warzone has seen a certain close-range option continue to rise up the rankings. As such, here is how the SMGs stack up in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 Reloaded in June 2022.

S Tier
Type 100 / Image courtesy of Ralston Dacanay, Activision- H4 Blixen
- Type 100
- Armaguerra 43
- Welgun
- UGR
- Milano 821
- M1912
- Sten
- MP-40
In the S Tier are nine SMGs that have established themselves as decently ahead of the rest of the pack. Ultimately, perhaps the only "broken" options at the moment would be the H4 Blixen, Type 100 and Armaguerra 43, which are statistical monsters. Meanwhile, the Welgun, UGR, Milano 821, M1912, Sten and MP-40 have still translated to high K/D ratios for those using them, so feel free to keep doing so.
A Tier

- CX-9
- MP5 (BOCW)
- PPSh-41 (BOCW)
- LAPA
- Owen Gun
- AUG (MW)
- PP19 Bizon
- Fennec
- OTs 9
- Bullfrog
- MAC-10
In A Tier are 12 SMGs that are top tier viable and remain generally very balanced to use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are sitting right outside of the main meta, but are still able to get the job done and allow you to be competitive. Going down the list, what jumps off the page is that just about all of these used to be S Tier, but have become a bit outclassed in what is an overall very competitive weapon class.
B Tier
MP7 / Photo courtesy of Ralston Dacanay, Activision- AK-74u
- LC10
- MP7
- MP5 (MW)
- Uzi
- TEC-9
In the B Tier are a handful of SMGs that remain solid but could still use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider using them. These options have a proven track record of being decent, but will likely be nothing to write home about throughout the Warzone Pacific era.
C Tier

- KSP 45
- P90
- Striker 45
- Nail Gun
Whether it's as a close-range or sniper support option, these C Tier SMGs have been behind in the pack for far too long and are not close to having a place in the meta.
