Looking for the Crimson Amber Medallion in Elden Ring? Here's what you need to know.

One of Elden Ring's blessings is that it features a huge range of Talismans that offer players some extra perks to their combat. Some effects are simple, others more unique. Whichever Talisman you're after, you usually need to be prepared to put in some work to get them. Some can be found, and others you'll need to take down a particular enemy in order to earn its rewards.

The Crimson Amber Medallion has the effect of raising a player's maximum HP. It's one of the keepsake options available during character creation, but can also be found out in the Lands Between. This Talisman also has two other variants, each with an increased effect.

So, how do you get your hands on the Crimson Amber Medallion?

Where to Find the Crimson Amber Medallion in Elden Ring

The default variant of the Crimson Amber Medallion is pretty straightforward to find. It can be bought from the Nomadic Merchant at the eastern side of Weeping Peninsula, for 1500 Runes.

As for the +1 variant, you'll need to head to Volcano Manor - a Legacy Dungeon in Elden Ring. Locate the prison church Site of Grace, and head through the town as normal. You'll need to use a Stonesword Key to go through the fog gate. Go up the stairs to the level above, where the talisman is on a dead body. Be careful as there's a large enemy roaming the area, though you should be able to outrun it.

The +2 Variant is found in Leyndell, Capital of Ash. Head south of the Site of Grace and drop down sewer grate to the beam below.

Elden Ring is out now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.
